FUNDAMENTALS ROUTINE
EVERY DAY ROUTINE
MIX IT UP ROUTINE
SCALE ACCURACY ROUTINE
WARM UPS
Exercises that focus on: shifting from every day uses of the voice to "instrument mode" / testing out and observing the voice to better isolate and streamline your exercise and technique work.
BREATHING & SUPPORT
Exercises that focus on: Muscles of respiration and breath support.
VOWELS
Exercises that focus on: Vowels // Shaping the vocal tract to optimize acoustic space // Tongue posture // Tension Reduction.
RESONANCE
Vocal Tract Shaping // Vibrations & Sensations // Placement //  Back Pressure
REGISTRATION
Exercises that focus on: Accessing each register of our voice / Unifying or blending the registers.
RANGE
Exercises that focus on: Accessing the highest and lowest notes within our instrument's potential without strain.
PHONATION
Exercises that focus on: Onset / Efficiency / Inertance / Compression.
COORDINATION
Putting all of the above together. Articulation (accents, tenuto, staccato, etc...), moving nimbly between the extremes of your range, dynamics (loud / soft), extended phrases, coloratura, musicality, and expression!
EAR TRAINING
Exercises that focus on: Building confidence in our ear-voice coordination / Tuning / Relative Pitch / Scales and Arpeggios.
EVERY DAY ROUTINE
Here are a handful of "vegetables" - exercises that you can use to strengthen and dial in your technique in every practice session.
DRONES & REFERENCE PITCHES

Practice with a drone to help improve intonation, intervals, harmony, and rhythmic imagination. Drones and pink noise can also act as a sonic security blanket, and help draw your voice out if you're feeling in a slump.
